What does expanding your circle of care mean? What does it look it?

Treating your practice as a business is not just good for you, but it’s good for the families you take care of. This includes finding support so the burden of nurturing your business is not solely on you.

There’s no way to be a hundred percent independent in your business so building that foundation of support at the beginning of your business is important. The goal is to have a compassionate and sustainable private practice that takes care of you.

In this episode, we are discussing how your circle of care has one center - your business and how to envision what your business needs.

“When we feel taken care of, and when we are tangibly actually taken care of, we will have what it takes to take care of other people.”

In this episode, we will cover:

How nurturing our business actually nurtures our clients (3:06)Why self-care feels like another job (6:06)The importance of checking in with your business (14:12)The idea of treating your business like a baby (19:28)
