One month after the Shawnee Hills 100 Mile Race, Ultra Runner Lindsey Roberts pays us a visit to discuss her 1st Place Female Finish and 3rd Overall.

Lindsey has dealt with her fair share of running injuries over the years, but nothing like her current injury. Lindsey broke her pelvis training for the Shawnee Hills 100 and still managed to navigate the course successfully.

Lindsey gives some valuable advice on how to "decorate your pain cave" and much more.
