The Southeast Utah Group of the National Parks announced Monday night that Arches and Canyonlands will begin increasing recreational access beginning May 29th. Visitors can expect access to roads, trails, and restrooms, but not to visitor centers or campgrounds. The park service is asking future visitors to adhere to the latest health recommendations, avoid crowding, and refrain from high risk activities. Plus, a conversation with Seekhaven Family Crisis and Resource Center on working with clients remotely, getting creative about prevention work, and maintaining emergency shelter options. And, a report from our radio partners on contact tracing in the Mountain West. Tune in.
