Late last week, the Utah Governor’s Office rejected a proposed local health order from Grand County that would have kept some lodging restrictions in place for a few more weeks. Instead, Grand County was moved to the state’s ‘yellow’ or low risk phase. So, what does yellow actually mean? Today we speak to Orion Rogers, Environmental Health Director at the Southeast Utah Health Department, who reviews these recent changes. And then, word-of-mouth drew an unexpectedly large crowd to a silent vigil in Carbondale, Colorado over the weekend. Tune in.
