It's all things Moab City on today's newscast. After hearing citizen comment on local recycling, the city council passed a new collection agreement with private hauler Monument Waste. Residents will have the option to opt-out of a single stream recycling program, as well as choose trash collection every other week. Later in the meeting, the council passed a six month moratorium on new overnight accommodations, complementing a similar ordinance at the county. Tune in.
