The River Fire, a wildfire that burned 2,619 acres in the Colfax area of Nevada and Placer Counties, was California's 5th most destructive fire of 2021. KVMR News Director Cláudio Mendonça met with a veteran-led volunteer organization called Team Rubicon that's working to clear brush and trees along the fire’s burn scar.
