Nevada County has recently announced that it will soon become the 13th community in the US to reach the milestone for making veteran homelessness rare and brief. KVMR's Cláudio Mendonça spoke with Ryan Gruver, Nevada County Health and Human Services Agency Director and Brendan Philips, Nevada County Housing Resource Manager and asked them to explain more about the program and about the historic milestone.
