On Monday, the Nevada County Superior Court announced Governor Gavin Newsom’s appointment of a new Judge to the Nevada County Superior Court. And though there are people here in Nevada County that still depend on copper wire "plain old telephone service", AT&T, who owns a large majority of that wire, plans on phasing out the system.
