Special Episode 4: Kitchener-Waterloo Knitters’ Fair Podcasting Panel

Here it is, the recording of the panel we did at the KW Knitters’ Fair, along with the wonderful Teresa from the CanaryKnits podcast and fabulous Sasha of SheepSpot!  Thanks so much to the KW Knitters Guild for having us, especially Jenn who organized the fair, Iris, our wonderful moderator for the panel, and Colin, our sound guy.  Also it was great meeting some more of our listeners at the Fair; we love you guys and it’s always great to find out that actual real people listen to us.

There was a bit of missing audio from one copy, so the first 20 minutes or so is from my iPod Touch with an internal mic and sounds like it.  The sound gets better, don’t worry.   Also, the only editing I’ve done is to cut down on pauses while microphones were passed around, so you guys will get to hear how we actually talk before I edit the crap out of it.

Oh and one bit of news: Maggie and I will officially be AT RHINEBECK on the Saturday and I’ll be there on Sunday as well.  Come look for us at the podcaster meetup at 1pm, which is basically right beside/in the Ravelry meetup.  I have read that this is on a hill near the main gate, but as I haven’t been there before I can’t give specific directions.  Check the Rhinebeck Ravelry group for updates.  And if you can’t make it to the meetup, we’ll be wearing our K1G2 shirts so you can spot us.  PLEASE come say hello!  We’ll probably squeal at you, so you have nothing to fear about saying hi. And we’ll have a portable microphone so there will likely be recording at Rhinebeck as well.
