In this episode, the accumulated feels from various fandoms are getting to Karen, namely Doctor Who, Sherlock and particularly Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (I’M SORRY PHIL, WE NEVER MEANT FOR THAT TO HAPPEN.)

Good thing your hosts have knitting!  Though their goals for this year may drive them around the bend, as they’re both now really tempted to do the There And Back Again Story Scarf (in double knitting) for the final Hobbitalong.  That or the sheep to shawl they’re planning to participate in this November.  In more traditional Adventures in Knitting, Maggie has to mend her  Easy Ruffle Coat (aka the One By One Slice of Crazy Pie sweater), has finished her Zipper socks, and has been occasionally knitting away at her Swirly Mittens.  Meanwhile Karen has “finished” (not blocked, whoops) her Bigger on the Inside shawl, and managed to start and finish an entire TGV High-Speed Knitting scarf since the last time they recorded.  She’s also working on the Irish Vine Mittens (sloooowly).

In Geek Squee, there is much Marvel TV news, with some guest casting announcements for Agents of SHIELD, as well as confirmation that a Peggy Carter tv show is in development (!!!!!!!!).  There’s also an invitation from Leonard Nemoy to be his honourary grandchildren, and a seriously epic apartment that will have Star Trek fans wanting to make a new friend for sleepover purposes.

In Cravings, Covets and Crushes, we’ve found a Tauntaun Hoodie at WeLoveFine.com,  some awesome geeky pendants and lockets from and some amazing yarn bowls from EarthWoolFire.tumblr.com
