Why are people not talking about this k-drama? The performance is stellar despite a potentially confusing plot and some obvious CGI. Sisyphus is yet another sci-fi kdrama that borrows a foreign mythology and marries it with love, philosophy, and world destruction. Isn't that enough reason to watch this? 1.  암실 暗室
dark room

sample sentence:

태술이 암실에서 사진 인화 작업을 했어요

2.  항복하다 降伏/降服하다
to surrender, yield, submit 

sample sentence:
태산이 항복할 수 밖에 없었어요.

태산 had no choice but to surrender.

3.  조작하다 造作하다 
to forge, manipulate, make a counterfeit version of 

sample sentence:
아그니스가 말하는 모든 것을 조작하고 있어요.

Agnes is fabricating everything she's saying.

4.  비혼주의자
 a non-maritalist, misogamist 
*비혼주의자란'결혼은 필수가 아니라, 선택이라고 생각하는 이'를 일컫는 말이다. 미혼은 혼인상태가 아님을 뜻하지만비혼은 혼인할 '의지'가 없음을 뜻하는 용어다.비혼주의자는 결혼 제도를 거부하는 사람을 의미한다.

5.  해독제 解毒劑
antidote, detoxicant 

sample sentence:

이 알약은 실연당한 사람의 해독제를 나타내죠.

This pill represents an antidote for heartbroken people.
