Over the course of three weeks Netflix released the Fear Street Trilogy, consisting of 1994, 1978 and 1666. Each week I did a short podcast, reacting to the film, and the preceding films where applicable, then stuck them all together et VOILA!!! Three episodes in one.
I have said there are limited spoilers because, even though we discuss plot, and deaths, and gore and emo teens (a lot), I've tried very hard not to reveal a few character details, like who controls the witch and who survives Camp Nightwing. If you've not managed to watch the trilogy yet, those details will not ruin your enjoyment.
All that aside, how horrific are these films? Do they do a good job of representing their respective times? Given they start/end in 1994, will there be, and should there be, sequels that a closer to today (2000, 2015 & 2021 for example).
Credit to Netflix, this was something new from them, and something new from me, so I hope you enjoy both.
If you enjoyed the show please leave a review here, it helps us grow.
