Covid Fatigue:
As we are now a year into the pandemic we are seeing fatigue not only on the physical aspect of our Airmen but in both the mental and social peers. Balancing the fine line between mission accomplishment and what our staff needs is the challenge. This can be accomplished by knowing your Airmen and what they value. You have introverts that are thriving in this new environment but long term are missing the social aspect.

Our CSAF said accelerate.
We as a service are hindering the development at the squadron level. We as the Senior leaders need to foster this development and demonstrate to both our leaders and those we lead the ability to fail early, fail fast and fail cheaply. This not only propels the force towards a more agile based force but allows us to show the diversity we have within our ranks and make us the premiere development opportunity.
