Reviewing Netflix's Project Power

On this week's episode of Kickin' & Streamin' Podcast, Graham & Jocelyn discuss the much anticipated Netflix orignal movie Project Power starring Academy Award winner Jamie Foxx with Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and up-and-coming young actress Dominique Fishback. The movie also features Courtney B. Vance, Amy Landecker, Rodrigo Santoro, and Hip Hop recording artist Machine Gun Kelly. Graham & Jocelyn agree that although the movie had all the bells and whistles deserving of a theatrical release, in the end, Project Power offered a better cast than the movie it could have been. Jocelyn suggested movie critics seem to more understanding and less harsh in their criticism of streaming platforms like Netflix when they fail to deliver from multi-million dollar blockbusters like Project Power. Graham agrees,and added Project Power was by all account a good action movie with a flawed storytelling style delivery.
