Exploring HBO's Lovecraft Country

On this week's episode of Kickin' & Streamin' Podcast, Graham & Jocelyn discuss HBO's original series Lovecraft Country, starring Jonathan Majors, Jurnee Smollett, Michael K. Williams. Before delving into the topic, Graham & Jocelyn took a moment to express their sadness and shock at the sudden passing of Black Panther star Chadwick Boseman. Jocelyn said when learned of Boseman's untimely death, she thought it was as a result of some car crash or another kind of tragic sudden death, but she then learned the actor 43 year-old had been secretly fighting colon cancer for almost four years, all the while going about his life and filming 9 different movies during that difficult time. Graham reflected on Boseman's illustrious, albeit short movie career and stated it was almost impossible to pinpoint a bad movie from the Anderson, South Carolina native. Rest In Peace, Chadwick Boseman!
Graham & Jocelyn began to discuss the series Lovecraft Country; which at the time of recording, had only aired two episodes. Jocelyn likes the series and says it was the kind of show she really enjoys.
