Felicity Simpson is a Psychology graduate (Honours) with a background in behavioural therapy and support work. Currently completing her PhD in the cognitive neuroscience of healthy ageing at Newcastle University. Her research is looking at modifiable factors including nutrition, exercise, and sleep on the brain cognitive ageing. Specifically investigating how the cerebrovascular system may act as an intermediary between lifestyle and cognition. Her experience includes working with children, adolescents and adults with additional needs, such as through providing behavioural interventions, mental health support and coaching. Felicity has trained in a diverse range of psychosocial techniques include Applied behavioural Analysis Therapy, Integrative Health Coaching, Mindfulness, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.
