In this episode, Jimmy welcomes in someone he knows locally in his hometown of Spartanburg, South Carolina named Arlene Smith (@hillingessentialsllc) who is the vendor he uses at the local Hub City Farmer’s Market to get his natural personal care bathroom products from. Arlene is the owner of a company called Hilling Essentials and she created this business out of the personal tragedy of losing her son in a fatal shooting. In her grief and anxiety that followed, Arlene discovered the power of essential oils and other aromatherapy and started making her own personal care products. When the pandemic hit, she knew she needed to step up her game and make these available to the public. Tune in to hear her powerful story and how the legacy of her son lives on through her today.
