By keeping a routine and doing the same thing everyday you can achieve your goals, I did that to lose 15kg. 

Doing the same thing every day can be helpful or it can hold you back.

We discuss this in today's episode, I give real life examples of changes that I've made to my life to improve it: I stopped doing what I'd always done and started doing something entirely different.
