Sergio Reyes, a senior at Leadership and Public Service High School in Lower Manhattan, was shot 14 times and killed by police after allegedly holding up a bodega with a fake gun in February 2017. Sergio’s classmates created this three-part podcast to honor their friend and explore the narratives and social forces surrounding the events that led to his death.
