Starting something new has a number of benefits, but finding yourself isn't usually one of those things. (at least not one that's discussed anyway)

But, what if it is one of the most important things that you can get as a result of giving yourself permission to start?

Today's conversation with Coach Iya was filled with financial lessons, taking big risks and how focusing on problem solving can really pay off.

Coach Iya is the owner and CEO of the Athletic Arts Academy in New Jersey. Join me to hear her journey from spending countless hours shuffling her daughter back and forth to gymnastics practice to launching a fully equipped Olympic-style 10,500 square foot youth fitness center. This facility serves youth ages 4 and up from beginner to advanced and solves a massive problem around how other young gymnasts are served and supported.

The transparency of the dialogue allowed us to talk about money and many of the challenges that come along with it when you're starting.

This was essential and timely considering that Coach Iya and I met through both of our affiliations with KPMG Spark, an online accounting and bookkeeping system that helps streamline your business.

As you listen to this episode, remember how important it is for you to continually give yourself permission to start!
