Let me tell you, we are just as surprised as you are that this is still going.To say the premise was to interview Olympians and spectators at the Tokyo 2020 Games,and look how that turned out.We have been able to produce 20 episodes of this podcast.Mostly repeating ourselves with drinking,tits and trouble stories.

In this episode we give ourselves a challenge that looks to the future instead of the past(not in the hippy tree hugging sense).Duncan is going to try and drop some timber and get his weight down into double figures for the first time in 15 years and lm going to try and help him.

It'll be bumpy at first but follow us,join in and challenge yourself.
