The one thing you cannot do is outrun a bad diet,so my case study today is someone close to my heart.
My Dad is an embodiment of life's simple pleasures, and chief among them has been his enduring love affair with sugar. From delectable chocolate bars to mouthwatering biscuits to velvety ice cream, he's savored every moment of indulgence for as long as I can remember.
Now although he kept himself in shape his entire life the sugar addiction was always stalking in the shadows.Then post pandemic the chickens came home to roost just as I arrive home after four years away from his company.
So join me today on how I took no pleasure in bollocking an old man so he's about that little bit longer for his Grandkids.
