We're back after a two week hiatus for Just Keep Jamming Episode 8!

👯‍♀️ I chat with one of my amazing friends, Ashton Miyako, body empowerment photographer,  entrepreneur and single mom doing her thang.

💪 We talk about a very special "Goddess" photo shoot she did with her 5 year old son, and expand on the variety of lessons we have the opportunity to teach our young ones.

🧠 I give you a mental health update on my first (extremely long awaited) psychiatry appointment, and what his diagnosis and treatment suggestion is.

🍷 I share with you the ups and downs of my weekend of shows in wine country 2 weeks ago, and come clean about my choices with alcohol.

🎶 I share some Disneyland stories, including a fight, a BIG surprise, tears of joy, a soaking wet purse, and vowing never to return to Disneyland un-medicated again. 😅
