In this episode of Just Keep Jamming, I get to talk to one of my dear friends and band mates Mr. Sioeli Tameifuna, aka Swells OC. We find out how he got his start in the music scene, and even get to hear a snippet of one of his new jams. The podcast continues as we talk about alcohol in the music industry, and men's mental health. Is there a stigma against men talking about their feelings? Swells wants to squash that. So do I.
