He’s been president of four successful companies, including Bizjournals.com, a business news portal –

growing it from three people to a $100 million company. He’s done two turnarounds and led in two

Fortune 100 companies. He leads business coaching and development for a regional CPA firm serving

privately held businesses.


He does a Murph workout every Monday (Google it!), is a triathlete, drummer, father of two grown sons,


“Papa” to four grandkids and married for over 39 years.
