Episode 224 : BRENDA OGLESBY : LYMPHATIC THERAPY + How to DETOX!

On this Episode, number 224, of the “Just Bein’ Honest Podcast”, I am opening up with one of the newly experimental therapies that I have been committing to: LYMPHATIC THERAPY.

Sounds a little nutty, but the lymphs are the transporters to "taking out the trash"! When they are congested, your body holds on to toxins and this is where disease arises. 

Today my personal therapist is on the show telling all about your lymphatic system. Brenda Oglesby is here! Using her foundation as a Certified Massage Therapist and reflexologist, she followed her intuition toward Lymphatic Therapy and to the Center for Lymphatic Health in Santa Barbara, where she was trained and worked alongside nationally recognized expert Allen Mills from 2015 until his retirement in 2017.

During her time at the Center, she learned the Vodder Method for manual lymphatic drainage and use of the Lymphstar machine: afterward, she trained in Lymph Drainage Therapy at the esteemed Chikly Health Institute.

Her goal for every session is to increase patient health and wellbeing through Lymphatic Therapy, education, and a calming studio environment where each client is free to unwind. She truly is fully present with each person's individual needs and wellness journey. I cannot wait to continue my own...
