In this episode, we discuss the benefits of being proactive verse reactive. When we react out of emotions and feelings, we trigger ourselves to go off the rails. But if we start each day with our rituals and practices, such as giving thanks to the Lord and asking for guidance and direction, we are being proactive. We keep our inner selves whole and complete. We dictate to ourselves that we are going to plan and prepare. Unexpected things happen, our buttons are pushed, but we can do our best to prepare and have foresight. Allow our emotions and feelings to follow after, not us follow them.
