Elena Atkinson graduated from American University in Washington, D.C. in 2010 with a Bachelor's of Arts majoring in International Relations and minoring in Economics.
In 2013, she graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (UNAM) in Mexico City with a Master's of Health Science, with a focus on Epidemiology. Since graduating, Elena's been consulting and working for diverse publich health organizations. She currently works as a project coordinator for TEPHINET Secretariat.
