It is easy to get caught up in your sales process and excited in the moment after meeting with a prospect. That prospect may love your offerings and push for the deal, but that doesn’t always mean they are going to be a good fit. Today on Journey to $100 Million, Kevin shares the third step in his 11 step process on how you can foster growth in your organization through investing in customer experience.

If you are not able to exceed a client’s expectations, then they are not going to be happy or want to continue with your product or services - which results in a loss of revenue. There are a couple of questions you can ask yourself when determining if a prospect is a good fit. Listen in to Kevin on today’s episode to learn what those questions are!
