Kevin Traynor is eminently qualified in his role as National Director for the Coach Tourism and Transport Council of Ireland (CTTC), to fulfil his passion to bring significant improvements within the Sector and promote the goals of CTTC through lobbying at National and EU level.

Kevin has extensive experience in the road passenger industry, having operated his own business for 15 years, within the private and public sector in County Meath. In 2008 Kevin joined Louth leader Partnership as the Rural Transport Co-ordinator, where he set up and managed the highly successful Louthlinx Rural Transport Programme and subsequently Chaired the Rural Transport Managers Network.  

The CTTC acts as a conduit between the sector and the decision makers it will affect and represents members regularly under issues of concern such as transport legislation, public transport, school transport and the coach tourism sector, with Government and EU Stakeholders and in the National media. In addition, Kevin is the Events Manager for the biennial Coach and Bus Show, which is the only one of its kind in Ireland and gives operators a chance to socialise with their peers and Exhibitors and view the latest products and innovations which are currently in the marketplace
