Hello All,


What I am going to do is post daily, the recordings I made during the last 6 days.  I actually recorded everyday and yet wasn't able for one reason or another, to post them. 


I will post "some" of those for the next few days, starting tomorrow.


No matter what, it is always, one day at a time. Use H.A.L.T. It's a great way to manage yourself. Why do I say this? Due to the fact that


illness can bring out the bear in you. Just like it did to me. NMW!!! Just keep self-correcting with integrity.
