The Bronx Overthinkers Society is a group of friends of current or former educators with roots in The Bronx. The members, or Bots, are, in no particular order, James Noguera ("Jim Nog"), writer and educator; Jose Reyes, educator; Marcos de Jesus, singer and songwriter; and Noman Jalal, software engineer. The name of the group is tongue-in-cheek and an allusion to neurodiversity.
On this episode, Jim, Jose, Miguel, and Noman discuss failure, societal expectations, friendship, and the friends-vs.-family dilemma.
