Following the death of Caroline Flack, it was crucial to deliver an episode on the importance of mental health and the impact of social media.

Not only social media's effect, however the mass media in the UK have such a vast amount of power which the guys reflect on in terms of new laws and legislation which need to be put in place to ensure people are protected.

They also reflect on the obsession to crush and vilify people in the public eye including Michael Jackson, Ramz and Britney Spears.

Most importantly what JMC want listeners to take away from this episode is how our actions can affect other people. Nobody is immune from abuse and trolling no matter how they may appear.
