Alexis Brieann joins Something For Everybody this week. Alexis was raised in Dallas, Texas and was a highly active child with a passion for cheerleading. From a young age, she was drawn to the competitive aspect of the sport and spent a total of 16 years perfecting her skills. But her interests didn't stop there; she also participated in pageants and a variety of other school sports and extracurricular activities.

As she entered college, she discovered a new passion - bodybuilding. Starting her freshman year, Alexis began to focus on building strength and sculpting her physique. Her dedication and hard work paid off, and she soon found herself competing in local and national bodybuilding competitions. With a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Real Estate, she was well-equipped to pursue those passions. After graduation, her life took an unexpected turn, leading her to the bustling city of Los Angeles. There, she found her calling as a bodybuilding coach. Alexis’s years of experience in the sport and education in kinesiology made her a natural fit for the role.

Despite her busy schedule, she still finds time to pursue her other interests. Alexis' competitive spirit and drive continue to motivate her as she helps others reach their full potential in the world of bodybuilding.
