New year and a time that so many of us are setting intentions. What I love to observe about this time is about how much of the narrative is about doing MORE. But when it comes to sex and intimacy goals, for most of us it requires us to do less. 

To do less to reset our nervous system. To do less so that we can open to receive. Do less so that we aren’t overwhelmed, overtired and overstretched so that we can experience the oodles of pleasure that our bodies are wired for.
