Vulnerability is Hard feat. Kelly Schuna

Let's get vulnerable! Let's praise Brené Brown! Let's talk about camp! Kelly Schuna is the co-owner and director of Hidden Pines Ranch day camp. Kelly has brought vulnerability to the workplace by implementing it into our staff training at camp. By listening, watching, and practicing the tools that she provided, my perspective on so many things inside and outside of work have changed.

I chose to have Kelly on It's Hard due to her ability to articulate and express the importance of vulnerability in both the workplace and our everyday lives. She is inspiring, kind, and funny...making her a perfect candidate for this podcast. She explains how Brené Brown changed the way she trained and percieved her staff, she let's us in on her secret cry spot at camp (we all need to let out a good cry right?), and she dives in to her vulnerabilities and pivotal moments.
