We all have a story... I have asked 7 people to share their story with me. It seems only fair that I share mine with you all as well. It has been a journey and it hasn't been easy...in fact it has been hard.

Heartbreak is hard, figuring out who you are is hard, setting boundaries is hard, losing friends is hard, upsetting your family is hard, being vulnerable about it all is hard.

We all have stories that matter, we all struggle on different levels, and what matters to me might not matter to you but it is all important nontheless.

I hope that this podcast helps one person, I hope that someone out there hears this and can relate and stand up for themselves.

If you are listening, you are brave, strong, capable and amazing. Fall in love with the process of becoming who you want to be, figure out who that person is, and stand up for that person.
