Previous Episode: Season 2 is Hard

I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety when I was a sophomore in college. I was having panic attacks at least twice a week and there were days when I couldn't get out of bed. I felt so alone in my experience, I was losing friends, distancing from my family, and creating dangerous habits around eating, drinking, and exercise. Anxiety led to me abandoning myself and allowing other people and my mind to control me.

Anxiety is hard, vulnerable, scary, and incredibly lonely. This episode is an opportunity for me to open the dialogue around anxiety and allow others to feel less alone in what they are feeling.

If you struggle with anxiety or any part of this episode triggers you, please reach out to me. I am happy to talk about it, work through things, and give space for what you are feeling.

We are all in this together, you are not alone!
