Amika George, British activist and campaigner, joins for the 50th episode of 'It's Complicated' on International Women's Day. She's talking about her new book 'Make it Happen: How to be an Activist', and how social media has been the gateway and catalyst which enabled her at 17, to found her charity, Free Periods. Free Periods campaigns to end period poverty in the UK and has successfully lobbied the government to provide free period products for girls at school.
