Last night on a call with my CE group, one of the gals started her update with the comments about how messed up her stomach had been feeling in the days prior.


She’d been experiencing abdominal pain, constipation, bloating, cramps... you name it.


Most people would have started telling her what to change in her eating habits to improve her symptoms but that's not what I did.
