In today's episode we are sitting down and talking with The Fitness Shaman, and we're going deep on why mindset is so important in any transformations we go through in life. Shaun wasn't always a life coach, he started out as collegiate swimmer back in the day. After that, growing up in LA he got into the entertainment industry and thought it would be the dream job only to find out that wasn't the lifestyle he wanted to live.

So he transitioned into a sales job that lasted for 8 years where he started dating and eventually marrying his wife Dala. They build their coaching business to a point where now their company is coaching 1,400 active clients for nutrition and fitness, Dala also coahes other online coaches to build their business and Shaun does Life Coaching with some of these clients as well.

Since Shaun's main passion was around mindset it made sense for him to make the transition into Life Coaching and this is where the majority of the conversation on today's show resided.

We got into confidence creation, masculine and feminine energy, quieting the negative self talk.

Shaun gave some great tips around things like:
