How many times have you set out to do less exercise only to end up doing more than before??
This can come in the form of
- step counts- reducing gym sessions only to max out on walks
- reduce runs only increase gym sessions
- reduce schedules training but end up booking in active catch-ups, hiking, rock climbing, walks
The way in which this can occur is endless.
