In this first episode of the mini-series, we are going to talk about Process.   

This covers sales funnels, TOF / MOF / BOF, and data tracking CRM or marketing CRM which I hope you really consider in your process.  

I also talk about the journey of education and the opportunity in learning, how you build trust, what is it in TOF, how MOF works, and is BOF for me. I also included in how to deal with different types of content and section marketing, together with its corresponding tracking.  

I also revealed about the MSP GH model and how to not let go further until sorted.  

Wrapping up, I talked about some foundations and strategies.
