Summary of Genesis 22-24

Chapter 22: God ordered Abraham to sacrifice his only son Isaac. God recognizes that Abraham loves Isaac, but He commands Abraham to go to the land of Moriah and offer Isaac as a burnt offerings. Abraham obeyed God but when he got there, the Angel of God showed him a Ram to use for the burnt offering
Lesson learnt: God wants us to always have faith in Him, look at the life Abraham he has always believed in God hence he is always obeying the voice of God
Chapter 23: Sarah is 127 years old when she dies at Hebron.
Chapter 24: Abraham sends his servant to get a wife for Isaac in Haran, and the servant questioned Abraham that if he doesn’t see the woman from his kindred, can he go to the other way to get a wife for Isaac but Abraham rebuke him by telling him that the Angel of God will go before him and when the servant got to the place he prayed and believe the God of Abraham the servant comes home with Rebekah.
Lesson learnt: Always believe in God because He will always direct our steps and God will never forsake us. Abraham has always believed in God all his life
