Deuteronomy 21
This chapter talks about conducts and remedies . In case of a murder , the closest town should conduct a sacrifice. So that the blood will not be on the Israelites.
Also a captive woman being picked for a wife should never be treated as a slave.
A man who has two wives and loves one more than the other should be fair . He should not deny the first born his right.
A stubborn son should be stoned to death.
Finally the body of an executed criminal should not be left over the night.

Deuteronomy 22
The instructions and guidelines to good neighbourliness is expressed through the chapter.
Helping a stray ox back to its owner or whatever he or she has lost and that was found should be delivered to the owner .
Woman are not to wear what belongs to a man. Do not take a bird's mother with the young. That it shall be well with you.
The sin of Adultery and fornication should not be heard in Israel it's a crime punishable by death.

Deuteronomy 23
The Israelites are warned not to associate themselves with the amonites and the Moabite . Also they are warned not to despise the Edomites because they are related or the Egyptians because they were foreigners in their land .
During war the Israelites were instructed to be holy and pure .
Do not interest on what a fellow Israelite borrowed .
