Erica’s Summary of Deuteronomy 32-24

Deuteronomy chapter 32 Moses calls on heaven and earth to listen to his words. He praises gods greatness, and faithfulness to the Israelites. He recounts the history of the Israelites and their relationship with God Deuteronomy chapter 33, Moses blesses each of the 12 tribes of Israel, he describes the unique characteristic and roles of each tribe, and he puts emphasis on gods faithfulness to the Israelites and his care for each tribe. He encourages the Israelites to trust in God, and follow his commands Deuteronomy chapter 34 Moses climbs Mount Nebo, and sees the promised land from a distance God tells Moses that he will not be allowed to enter the promised land because of his disobedience Moses dies on the mountain at the age of 120 and the Israelites mourn for Moses for 30 days the chapter ends with a summary of Moses‘s life and leader ship, and a note that no prophet like him has arisen in Israel since his time.
