I first discovered today's guest, Farideh Ceaser, via Denise Duffield-Thomas's Lucky Bitch community. I love what she does, and I love her Big Why for her business (hint: it's coming up in the next paragraph). I'm so excited to have her as a guest on the show, because this is a big issue that so many of us struggle with: charging what we're worth and communicating it in a way that people pay it.
