You might have noticed the theme of balance coming up in recent podcast episodes. It’s something I’ve been reflecting on a lot lately, which is why I invited people on the show to help me talk through a few aspects of balance in life.

I'm excited to introduce this week's guest, Diane Randall. She’s got a great take on work-life balance, which is something a lot of people struggle with. I often get frustrated that I don’t manage to fit all the adventures I want into my calendar, and as a result, I get unbalanced from cramming too many things into my week. Diane has some great tips on how to live a balanced life—your way. 

Sometimes it can be a struggle to fit the adventures we want to have into the rest of our lives. How can we create a healthy balance without heading into burnout? Diane answers these questions and more—and she provides super practical tips on how you can get clear today on what balance looks like for you.
