I'm back again, with another solo episode! I've been reflecting a lot on injury lately, and how it's shaped the last year or so of my life. It's been incredibly frustrating, but I've also learned a lot, and it's led me to find new adventures and challenges, which has been a great gift.

Injuries can be difficult to deal with, both mentally, emotionally, and physically. In this episode, I hope to provide some food for thought and some inspiration to help you get through those difficult times.
