I'm back again, with another solo episode! As you may know, I've been really interested in talking more about mental health and outdoor adventures this year. A lot of us have had a rough time with the various lockdowns and restrictions around the world.

Sometimes we talk about post-trail depression, but we don't often talk about the blues that can come after an event or adventure. In this episode, I reflect on post-adventure blues, and how we can get through them and move on.
